Most "mellow" of the high-alpha varieties, widely grown in US. Bitterness is clean and well balanced. A great general purpose bittering hop. Spicy, blackcurrant and citrus (grapefruit) tones. Avg Alpha 12-14.0%. Substitutions: Brewers Gold, CTZ, Nugget.
